In late 2016, we had a busy period of hiring new employees and promoting a few existing all-stars.

Employees who received a promotion are:
  • Mark Still is now Lead Account Manager
  • Kailash Challagundla is now our Software Dev Manager
  • Brian Burki moves into a Business Analyst role
  • Dave Beck is now Developer II
  • Brandon Eifrid is now Client Services Representative III

All four will be relocating to our ever-expanding Boulder office in 2017. We are thrilled to have them moving to Boulder and complimenting our collaborative work environment this year.

We’ve also added seven new employees in various departments. In order to help you learn more about who we’ve hired, we sat down with each new employee to learn more about who they are!

Suzanne Williams - Content Production Specialist

Suzanne has recently relocated to Colorado from Indiana where she worked in content review at Legacy.com, as well as sales at a local bike and ski shop, Outpost Sports. Suzanne came to SmartEtailing because she’s excited about “big goals for the future and enthusiastic leadership. I'm really happy to be a part of this team of hardworking, dedicated folks.” Suzanne’s favorite food is sushi, and she owns four bicycles!

Adam Harmon - Account Coordinator

Adam started his career in the cycling industry at the age of 14 when he attended a professional mechanic training academy. After completing his training, he worked as a bike mechanic for seven years prior to moving into wholesale logistics in the outdoor industry. Prior to joining SmartEtailing, Adam ran his own eCommerce business which helped local businesses build and run their websites. Adam’s favorite food (right now) is avocado, and he owns two bicycles.

Holly Blanchard - Client Services Representative

In a previous life, Holly worked as a commercial litigation attorney, but has been reincarnated as a specialty retail professional. Prior to joining SmartEtailing, she was the buyer and online sales manager for an independent speciality outdoor store. When Holly thinks about the future at SmartEtailing, she’s excited to use her vast experience and business acumen to help independent retailers succeed in the ever-changing world of brick-and-mortar and online retail. Holly’s favorite food is Ethiopian and she owns five bicycles!

James Larson - Lead Front End Developer

James is our most recent hire, joining the development team as Lead Front End Developer. Prior to joining SmartEtailing, James worked in design and development for web and mobile games. He’s excited about the future at SmartEtailing because he’ll be working with fun people and have challenging work to keep him on his toes. James’ favorite food are burritos and he owns two bicycles.

Suzie Livingston - Account Coordinator

Prior to joining SmartEtailing, Suzie was a bike shop manager and is thrilled to be at a company with a mission to help independent retailers succeed in the quickly changing bicycle industry. Suzie says her favorite food is “all the food” and believe it or not, she owns eight bicycles!

Paige Hartman - Graphic Designer

Paige joins SmartEtailing with over 20 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, and digital marketing. She's excited to have a real opportunity to connect bike shop owners and their customers. Her favorite food is either Indian or sushi, but has a hard time deciding which one is best! We'll call it a tie for now. Paige likes to ride her cruiser bike around Longmont to visit the farmer’s market or local breweries.

Bryan Smith - National Campaigns Manager

Bryan joins SmartEtailing as our National Campaigns Manager after working in eCommerce and professional cycling for around 10 years. He’s excited to join SmartEtailing because of their exciting vision for the future and ability to serve retailers who provide such an important local service to cyclists throughout the country. Bryan’s favorite food is anything that tastes delicious with Sriracha, especially “bowls of noodles and veggies with bone broth.” Bryan owns just two bicycles!
