Gift ideas for last minute shoppers

Last minute shoppers are looking for ideas. Make sure you're syncing your compatible point of sale system to your website so they know you have what they want to buy. And if they can't find what they want a gift card makes the perfect gift. Gift cards are available in our catalog library ready to import and personalize.

Do you have special holiday hours?

Closing early on Christmas Eve? Open or Closed on New Year's Day? Let your customers know when they can shop in store with you by making sure your store hours are reflected on your website and on Google. Click here to learn how to set your holiday hours.

Holiday hours for the client success team

Speaking of holiday hours, our team will have reduced hours on a few days this holiday season. The SmartEtailing offices are closed on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1. We will have limited staff available before 1 pm on December 24 and December 31. There will be no support available on Christmas and New Year's day.

Development Updates

Your order is on the way!

A new feature has been released which will send your customers a tracking email once their order has shipped. You can adjust the intro copy and you will receive a copy of the email as well. A few additional settings are available in regards to this feature. Check it out by logging into the Site Manager of your SmartEtailing website. Then go to Orders > Order Notices. If you have any questions, please contact support@smartetailing.com

Each year we review the results of Black Friday and Cyber Monday across all SmartEtailing websites. We are happy to report that sales numbers have grown YOY, with one of the biggest trends being Click + Collect. Be sure to read our recent blog post and make sure your store is set up to allow customers to buy online, pickup in-store.
