New Order Notice Feature

We are excited to share a new feature to help you provide enhanced customer service to your online customers. Every SmartEtailing website package now includes a Refund and Returns link in your order confirmation emails

We are committed to improving your order confirmation emails to reduce the amount of custom text needed to effectively communicate order policies and make it even easier for your customers to find the essential online shopping policies.

How the new link will appear at the bottom of your order confirmation emails:

By default, the Refund and Returns link is set to drive customers to your home page. In order to ensure your order confirmation emails are linking to the correct page, a small action is required on your part. 

If you have a Policies and Shipping page or prefer to link to a different page, navigate to Orders>Orders Notices> Refund and Return Policies > Select your preferred page.

Development Updates

Retail Toolkit Goals Enhancement

Retail Toolkit's software development team recently rolled out a significant update for retailers opening a new store location that does not have historical data to draw from for the goal setting. Before this update, it was challenging to set goals on a company-wide basis without performing tedious workarounds. The solution now allows a multi-store retailer to configure goals independently for each location so that stores with historical data can utilize that, while a new store without that data can choose a "reference" location to configure sales goals.
